When will my order arrive?
Your order will be delivered to Istanbul and nearby provinces on the first business day after shipment, and to more distant provinces within 2 business days. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Can I return or exchange my item?
You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. It is important that the returned product is in a resalable condition and is packaged as it was received.
When will I receive my refund?
